Shipping & Payment Info

Pynasty Cakes currently delivers within Botswana only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are either collected directly from us in Gaborone or delivered to an agreed address within Botswana.

• Gaborone — collection and delivery available.
• Outside Gaborone — delivery to other areas within Botswana may be possible subject to prior arrangement. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location before placing your order.

We do not ship outside of Botswana. Orders cannot be placed for delivery to international addresses.

Delivery fees are not fixed and vary depending on your location and distance from us. A delivery fee will be quoted to you at the time of ordering, before payment is requested.

• Delivery costs are calculated based on distance and area and will be communicated clearly before your order is confirmed.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been successfully completed.
• Collection from our Gaborone location carries no additional charge.

All orders require a minimum of 4 days' notice from the date of order placement to allow for preparation. This lead time applies to both collection and delivery orders.

• Your collection or delivery date is agreed upon at the time of ordering and confirmed in writing once full payment is received.
• Delivery is scheduled for the date agreed at the time of ordering — we do not offer on-demand or same-day delivery.
• A responsible adult must be available to receive the order at the agreed address and time. If no one is available, rescheduling fees may apply.
• For large, highly customised, or occasion-specific orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance to secure your preferred date.

Collection is available in Gaborone at a location confirmed at the time of ordering.

• Please arrive at your agreed collection time. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from late collection.
• If you are unable to collect at the agreed time, please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
• Pynasty Cakes is not responsible for orders once they have been handed over at the point of collection.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming and making payment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not as agreed, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where the fault lies with Pynasty Cakes, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or partial remedy at our discretion.

• Damage caused after the order has left our premises — whether during customer transportation or after delivery handover — is not the responsibility of Pynasty Cakes.
• Complaints raised beyond the 24-hour window or without supporting photographs may not be considered.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the rare event that a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, or because no one was available to receive the order, Pynasty Cakes shall not be held liable and no refund will be issued.

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. No deposits are accepted.
• Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Pynasty Cakes.
• Your preferred date is not reserved until payment is received — we recommend paying promptly after placing your order.
• All prices are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP). For PayPal payments, the equivalent amount in the applicable currency will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• Please do not make any payment before receiving our official payment details. Pynasty Cakes will not be responsible for payments made to incorrect or unverified accounts.
• Once payment is made, please send proof of payment via WhatsApp to +267 71 884 955 to expedite confirmation of your order.
