To place an order with Pynasty Cakes, the following conditions must be met:

• A minimum lead time of 4 days is required for all orders. Please contact us at least 4 days before your required date to confirm availability. Orders requested within less than 4 days are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

A customer may cancel an order by notifying us in writing; however, as all sales are final and products are bespoke and perishable in nature, payments are non-refundable upon cancellation by the customer.
